Returns, what should I do?
Is the product not quite what you're looking for? Or is it too small? Or is it broken?
We'll help you! Below you'll find all the steps you need to follow for a return ticket ;-).
Just the rules:
- 28 days cooling-off period after receiving your product.
- You have 14 days to return the item after registering your return.
- 6 months warranty on our products.
- In case of returns: the money will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
- When exchanging: your new product will be delivered to your home within 3 working days.
- When exchanging, the return costs are at your own expense.
- We will send it back to you free of charge.
- In case of defect: your product will be delivered to your home within 14 working days.
- No return costs in case of defect.
- We will send it back to you free of charge.
- When do we accept a return?
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
- When will we not accept your return?
- If it concerns the KWO Spring or Autumn Box or a product thereof.
- KWO Specials boilies, pop-ups, booster or hard hookbaits.
- If the return form is not completed correctly, we will not process these returns.
What should you do if you want to exchange?
Sometimes your product might be too small, too large, or not at all what you expected. Follow these steps and we'll make it right.
- Step 1: Complete the return flyer that was included with the order or email it to webshop@kwo.nl to register your return online. Once you have done that, you have 14 days to return the package.
Step 2: Indicate what you want: exchange for a larger or smaller size, or a refund. (If the returns form is not completed correctly, we will not process the return and will not contact you.)
- Step 3: Ensure that the products are packaged as well as possible to prevent any reduction in the value of your product(s). See rules for more information.
Step 4: Put our address on the box or download a return label via the T&T email, which costs only €5.
Step 5: Drop off your package at a PostNL point, where you will have to pay €6.95 for shipping your package.
If the product you want is in stock, you'll receive it within 3 business days (after receipt). If you opted for a refund, you'll receive it back in your account within 7 business days (excluding Billink).
What should you do if the product is broken?
That's annoying! You have a 6-month warranty on your products. If your product hasn't died from use, we'll cover the repair costs. But what do you need to do? Follow these steps.
- Step 1: Contact webshop@kwo.nl, make sure you take a photo of the defect and state your order number in the email.
Step 2.1: We may need to inspect the product. If so, you'll receive a returns slip from us. Print this slip and drop off the package free of charge at a PostNL point.
Step 2.2: In most cases, we'll tell you that you can take the product to a local tailor. All you have to do is pay the cost upfront, take a photo of your receipt, and email it to webshop@kwo.nl. You will have the money back in your account within 7 working days (usually faster).
Model withdrawal form:
We are required by the government to provide this legal form To offer you the option of (partially) returning an order. Please use the returns form you received with your order. It's easier to complete and process for us, allowing us to refund you faster. Using this legally required model form requires more administrative steps, which will slow down the returns process.
