KWO ships orders daily on weekdays. If the product is in stock, orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. For orders shipped via Parcel Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email (to your registered address) containing the track & trace code. You can use this to track your package's status on the courier's website. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Also use the PostNL My Package app. It's available for download on all popular smartphones. With this app, you can easily track your orders, change your address, and receive notifications if you're not home or when the package has been delivered to your neighbors or the nearest post office.

Delivery time & Shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€6.95 for orders under €75 (Netherlands)
€9.25 for orders under €75 (Belgium)

For countries outside the Netherlands or Belgium, shipping costs are higher than €9.95 and there is no option for free shipping.

Delivery is handled by PostNL mail carriers or parcel delivery personnel. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
